本实验是为了探讨宫内避孕器的避孕作用是否由于局部释放前列腺素的结果。实验方法:用体重180~220克的雌性大白鼠经乙醚麻醉后,沿腹中线开腹,将2.5毫米长丝线引入一侧子宫角内,缚住使其固定。对侧子宫角做假手术作为对照。两周以后与雄鼠交配,每天早上冲洗阴道,以观察到精子的那天作为妊娠第一天。然后在妊娠的不同日期灌流子宫角,提取灌流液中的前列腺素并测定其含量。共进行了以下三种实验:
This experiment is to investigate whether the contraceptive effect of IUD is due to the local release of prostaglandin. Experimental Methods: Female rats weighing 180-220 g were anesthetized with ether and then laparotomy along the midline. The 2.5 mm long filament was introduced into the uterine horn on one side and fixed to fasten it. Contralateral uterine horns were sham operated as a control. Mating males two weeks later, washing the vagina every morning to observe the day of sperm as the first day of pregnancy. Uterine horns were then perfused on different days of gestation, the prostaglandin in perfusate was extracted and its content determined. The following three experiments were conducted:
