分析了体校学生的生理特点及对营养的特殊要求,营养摄入与运动能力的关系。对 150名 15~ 18岁的学生进行两个学期的膳食调查,结果表明:蛋白质、钙、 VB2、 Vpp达到或超过 RDA值,而铁、视黄醇、 VB1、 VC等营养素低于 RDA值;认为营养素摄入量不足可能与食堂饭菜口感、配膳、主食供给的品种及学生偏食等因素有关;指出合理的膳食、均衡的营养补充,是保证健康和取得良好运动成绩的基础。
The physiological characteristics of students in physical schools and the special requirements of nutrition, the relationship between nutrition intake and exercise ability were analyzed. The results of two semester dietary surveys of 150 students aged 15 to 18 showed that the protein, calcium, VB2 and Vpp reached or exceeded the RDA value, while the nutrients such as iron, retinol, VB1 and VC were lower than the RDA value. It is concluded that insufficient nutrient intake may be related to canteens’ food taste, serving provisions, types of staple food supplied and student’s partial eclipse. It is pointed out that a reasonable diet and balanced nutritional supplements are the basis for ensuring good health and achieving good athletic performance.
