Labor quota management is an important part of business management. The level of labor quota management directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should raise the level of labor quota management and implement a scientific and rational labor quota management. This article analyzes the existing problems in labor quota management and puts forward countermeasures and measures to enhance labor quota management and its development prospects.
