大跃进运动是指1958年至1960年间,中国共产党在全国范围内开展的极“左”路线的运动,是在中共八届三中全会及其以后不断地错误批判1956年反冒进的基础上发动起来的,是“左”倾冒进的产物。科技大跃进是在全面跃进的口号下,党中央号召全党全民大办科学,大搞技术革命,向科学技术进军。科技大跃进不仅没有起到科学技术发展的应有效果,相反却给当时的科学事业带来了巨大危害。
The Great Leap Forward Movement refers to the movement carried out by the Chinese Communist Party on a nationwide scale from 1958 to 1960 after the Third Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and its subsequent erroneous criticism of the basis of anti-impetuous 1956 On the launch, is “left ” dumping into the product.
