职业生涯通道是组织为内部员工设计的自我认知、成长和晋升的管理方案。A工厂传统的纵向通道已经无法满足日益成长的优秀员工更高层次的需求,管理人员职业生涯高原现象日益凸显。本文通过分析A工厂目前已有的激励方式,以达标晋级为思路,探索新型双轨制晋升模式,通过对达标晋级的内容、方法进行全面、系统的阐述和分析,重新构建管理人员的双通道,实现A工厂激励机制的系统性,拓展管理人员职业生涯通道,实现员工与企业双赢。
Career Paths is a management program that organizes self-awareness, growth, and promotion designed for internal employees. The traditional vertical channel of Factory A has been unable to meet the higher level needs of the growing number of outstanding employees, and the management career has become increasingly prominent in the plateau. This article analyzes the existing incentive methods of factory A, explores the promotion mode of new two-track system with the promotion of standard, comprehensively and systematically elaborates and analyzes the contents and methods of the qualified promotion, rebuilds the dual channel of management staff, realizes A system of factory incentives to expand management career path to achieve win-win staff and enterprises.
