目的了解小学生健康教育相关的知识态度行为,比较整合式健康教育和单独设课健康教育两种健康教育模式的实施效果。方法分层随机整群抽样,从10个省市中随机抽取小学三年级学生共1589人,填写结构式调查问卷。结果小学生健康知识知晓率较低,多数喜欢学习健康教育知识,具有较好的日常卫生行为习惯,预防意外伤害的能力不强,在知晓率和态度方面单独设课健康教育模式明显好于整合式健康教育模式。结论小学健康教育工作需要加强,小学健康教育的适宜模式有待进一步研究和探讨。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of health education related to pupils, to compare the effects of two kinds of health education modes, ie integrated health education and separate lesson health education. Methods Stratified random cluster sampling, randomly selected 1589 primary third graders from 10 provinces and cities, filled in structured questionnaires. Results The awareness rate of primary school students’ health knowledge was relatively low. Most of them preferred to learn health education knowledge, have better daily health behaviors, and have less ability to prevent accidental injuries. The health education model with separate awareness-raising and attitudes was significantly better than the integrated Health education model. Conclusions Health education in primary schools needs to be strengthened. The suitable mode of primary health education needs to be further studied and discussed.
