从历史的角度看,企业竞争优势来源经历了从传统资本到人力资本、社会资本和心理资本等不同资本形式的变迁。这些资本在战略领域所强调的内容不同,在特征表现上有较大的差异,在形成企业持续竞争优势来源地位上有较大的差别。同时,它们之间也存在一定的联系,甚至可以相互转化。当中,人力资本、社会资本和心理资本均成为企业持续竞争优势之源,但心理资本的影响较大,它超越人力资本和社会资本。
From a historical point of view, the source of competitive advantage of enterprises has undergone changes from different forms of capital, from traditional capital to human capital, social capital and psychological capital. The contents of these capital in the strategic areas are different, there is a big difference in the characteristics of the performance, and there is a big difference in forming the source of sustainable competitive advantage of the enterprises. At the same time, there is also some connection between them and can even be transformed into each other. Among them, human capital, social capital and psychological capital have both become sources of sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises. However, the impact of psychological capital is greater, which surpasses human capital and social capital.
