目的分析微生物检测在感染控制中的应用。方法以我院从2016年1月至5月接治的尿路感染患者240例为样本,对其进行中段尿培养得到240株大肠埃希氏菌。将菌株均分为两组,一组为观察组,另一组为对照组。对观察组进行微生物检测,而对照组不采取任何处理。培养一定时间后分析两组的感染控制情况。结果观察组的感染程度明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生物检测在控制感染的层面上具有巨大的作用,在降低感染率的同时加快了患者的康复速度,具有极强的推广性。
Objective To analyze the application of microbiological testing in infection control. Methods A total of 240 urinary tract infections were collected from January 2016 to May 2016 in our hospital. 240 strains of Escherichia coli were obtained from the middle urine culture. The strains were divided into two groups, one for the observation group, another for the control group. Microbiological examination of the observation group, while the control group did not take any treatment. After a certain period of training, the infection control situation in both groups was analyzed. Results The infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Microbiological examination plays an important role in controlling the infection level, and has a great promotion effect in reducing the infection rate and speeding up the recovery of patients.
