介绍朔黄铁路K65+490~+770路基下沉地段用高压旋喷斜桩加固的方法、施工技术参数和施工控制参数的确定以及施工工艺流程。通过对路堤进行高压注浆,其水泥浆、泥土经充分混合搅拌形成网格状水泥土骨架,从而达到提高路基土的抗剪强度、承载力和阻止路基下沉的目的。现场观测与检测表明,路基下沉病害得到了根治。
This paper introduces the method to reinforce the high-pressure rotary jet-sprayed inclined pile in the subsidence of K65 + 490 ~ + 770 embankment of Shuo-Huang Railway, the determination of construction technical parameters and construction control parameters and the construction process flow. Through high-pressure grouting of the embankment, the grout and soil are fully mixed and stirred to form a grid-like cement-soil framework so as to achieve the purpose of improving the shear strength and bearing capacity of the subgrade soil and preventing the subgrade from sinking. On-site observations and tests showed that the roadbed subsidence has been cured.
