从细胞膜的伤害和修复角度,在温室条件下探讨4种木麻黄的抗旱机理与抗旱能力差异。结果表明,水分胁迫使木麻黄 SOD 和 CAT 活性下降,细胞膜保护系统受损,导致小枝活性氧的积累和膜质过氧化加剧,质膜透性增大。中度胁迫下复水能使细胞膜功能恢复正常,强度胁迫时细胞膜系统很难恢复其结构;抗旱性强的树种细胞膜修复功能较强,以短枝木麻黄抗旱力最高,粗枝木麻黄、细枝木麻黄居次,山地木麻黄抗旱性较弱。
From the perspective of cell membrane injury and repair, the differences of drought resistance mechanism and drought tolerance of four species of Casuarina equisetifolia were investigated under greenhouse conditions. The results showed that the water stress reduced the activity of SOD and CAT of Casuarina equisetifolia and impaired the cell membrane protective system, resulting in the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and the increase of membrance peroxidation and the increase of plasma membrane permeability. Under the moderate stress, rewatering can restore the function of cell membrane, the cell membrane system is hard to recover its structure under the stress; the drought-resistant cell membrane repair function is strong, Trunk Caspian times, drought resistance of mountain wood ephedra weaker.
