近来年,如何解决好劳务工工费、工程款结算、买卖经济纠纷等建筑领域问题成为了企业高度关注的热点,凸显了信访工作在建筑行业中的重要作用。在国家深入调整产能结构和保障社会稳定的双向要求形势下,建筑企业面临着提高经济效益与维护和谐稳定的双重压力,由于企业内外部矛盾积累造成的上访次数、层级逐年上升呈“井喷”态势,已成为激化情绪矛盾、诱发群体事件、影响企业正常生产和社会稳定的突出问题,提高企业信访工作质量水平,有效缓解稀释集中多发的企业矛盾刻不容缓。
In recent years, how to solve construction cost problems such as labor and service fees, settlement of construction funds and the purchase and sale of economic disputes has become a hot spot for enterprises, highlighting the important role of letters and visits in the construction industry. It is imperative to improve the quality of enterprises’ work of letters and visits and effectively alleviate the conflicts among enterprises that are heavily diluted.
