在机体失血/复苏(HEM/RES)过程中,补体作为一种非特异性免疫应答被激活并参与细胞损伤。假设激活的补体损伤内皮细胞并在HEM/RES后肠道微血管低灌流状态的形成中起作用,以评价特异性补体抑制剂对HEM/RES后肠微血管管径、血流和内皮细胞功能的影响。实验选用195~230g的雄性SD大鼠,分为Sham(假致伤)、HEM/RES、HEM/RES+sCR1(一种补体活化抑制剂)和Sham+sCR1共4组。经测定平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、心输出量(CO)以及回肠段一级小动脉(A1)、近心端三级小动脉(pA3)和末梢端三级小动脉
In the process of hemorrhage / resuscitation (HEM / RES), complement is activated as a nonspecific immune response and participates in cellular damage. Assuming that activated complement damages endothelial cells and plays a role in the formation of intestinal microvascular hypoperfusion following HEM / RES in order to evaluate the effect of specific complement inhibitors on the microvessel diameter, blood flow and endothelial cell function of the HEM / RES hindgut . Male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 195-230 g were randomly divided into four groups: Sham (sham injury), HEM / RES, HEM / RES + sCR1, a complement activation inhibitor and Sham + sCR1. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), cardiac output (CO), and the level of the primary arterioles (A1), proximal parenchyma (pA3) and distal third stage arterioles
