针对高炉现场生产和检修过程中出现的关于行星减速机的一些疑问和质量问题,分析介绍了其传动原理尤其是设计过程中相关齿轮齿数间必须满足的数学关系,转臂轴、转臂架处密封装置的改进设计,加工装配过程中的质量控制要点及现场使用维护时的注意事项。为设计制造人员、高炉生产现场操作人员和设备维护人员提供一定的技术参考。
Aiming at some questions and quality problems of planetary reducer which occurred in the process of blast furnace production and maintenance, the mathematical relationship that must be satisfied among the transmission principle, especially the related gear teeth number in the design process is analyzed and introduced. Improved design of the sealing device, quality control points in the process of assembly and assembly, and precautions when using and maintaining in the field. For the design and manufacturing personnel, blast furnace production site operators and equipment maintenance personnel to provide some technical reference.
