结合湖南省两型产品政府采购标准的编制经验,从合同环境服务政府采购标准的参照系选择、服务的标准化评价等方面,对制定合同环境服务采购标准进行了理论探索,并提出了操作层面的有关建议。
Based on the compilation experience of government procurement standards for two types of products in Hunan Province, this paper makes theoretical exploration on the procurement standards of contractual environmental services from the aspects of selection of reference system of government procurement standards for contractual environmental services and standardization of service, and puts forward the operational level Relevant suggestions.
