超软地基浅层加固的技术难题是如何使极高含水率且没有承载能力的稀泥尽快排水固结。在传统真空预压技术的基础上,提出采用无砂垫层真空预压法对新近吹填的超软淤泥地基进行浅层加固,并在温州民科基地进行现场试验,研究真空压力传递、地表沉降和孔隙水压力消散规律,对比加固前后土体物理力学指标和地基承载力,试验结果表明吹填层加固效果明显,满足后续工程施工的承载要求。提出适合超软地基浅层加固的土体强度增长和地基承载力实用计算方法,利用该方法对大面积处理区的加固效果进行了预测。
The technical problem of superfine reinforcement of ultra-soft foundations is how to make the extremely high moisture content and the non-carrying capacity of the mud as soon as possible drainage consolidation. Based on the traditional vacuum preloading technology, the sand-less vacuum preloading method is proposed to reinforce the newly dredged ultra-soft silt foundation. Field experiments are conducted at Wenzhou Minke Base to study the effects of vacuum pressure transfer, Sedimentation and pore water pressure dissipation law before and after consolidation compared physical and mechanical properties of soil and bearing capacity of the foundation, the test results show that the effect of blowing and filling reinforcement is obvious, to meet the subsequent construction requirements of the bearing. This paper presents a practical calculation method for the strength increase of the soil and the bearing capacity of foundation which is suitable for the superficial consolidation of super soft ground. The reinforcement effect of the large area is predicted by this method.
