目的对荷叶中的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及制备型反相HPLC法分离纯化,并利用MS、NMR、单晶衍射等方法解析化合物的化学结构。结果从荷叶体积分数为70%的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:黄芩新素Ⅱ(skullcapflavoneⅡ,1)、粘毛黄芩素Ⅲ(viscidulinⅢ,2)、4-methyl-6-phenyl-2H-2-pyranone(3)、牛蒡酚F(lappaol F,4)、黑麦草内酯(loliolide,5)和黄柏酮(obacunone,6)。结论化合物1~6均为首次从莲属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of lotus leaf. Methods The compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel, reverse phase ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative reverse phase HPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated by MS, NMR and single crystal diffraction. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extracts with the volume fraction of lotus leaf (70%), which were identified as skullcapflavoneⅡ, viscidulin Ⅲ, 4-methyl- 6-phenyl-2H-2-pyranone (3), lappaol F (4), loliolide (5) and obacunone (6) Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from lotus for the first time.
