用细粒棘球蚴的原头蚴(人、牛、羊)和泡状棘球蚴生发组织及原头蚴接种试验动物304只(小白鼠243只、灰仓鼠40只、家兔6只、家犬5只、家猫1只、羔羊5只、金色地鼠4只)。细粒棘球蚴的原头蚴经腹腔接种小白鼠158只,感染率为28.5~93.3%,感染灰仓鼠40只,感染率为36~37.5%。6只家兔被感染3只,6只羔羊多次接种棘球蚴不被感染,不论用人、牛或羊的原头蚴,虽可感染某些试验动物,但不能在其体内发育为有头囊。用泡状棘球蚴的组织移植较悬液易于使小白鼠或灰仓鼠感染,并可随转种代数的增加其感染率也增高,发育速度也加快。新疆的灰仓鼠可作为泡状棘球蚴的良好宿主,棘球蚴可在其体内迅速发育,并可较长期的保存虫株,为一良好试验动物。
