采用超细粉煤灰微珠、陶砂、粉煤灰漂珠、脱硫石膏、木质素纤维、缓凝剂、乳胶粉和纤维素醚等原材料,制备出保温型脱硫石膏基胶粘剂。研究了新型超细粉煤灰微珠、陶砂、粉煤灰漂珠和细黄砂等对材料性能的影响。结果表明,当新型超细粉煤灰微珠为5%、陶砂为17%、粉煤灰漂珠为13%、木质素纤维为0.5%、乳胶粉为1.1%、缓凝剂为0.1%、纤维素醚为0.3%和脱硫石膏为63%时,制备出的材料的物理力学性能和保温性能综合最佳。
Ultrafine fly ash microspheres, ceramic sand, fly ash floating beads, gypsum desulfurization, lignin, retarder, latex powder and cellulose ethers and other raw materials to prepare insulation gypsum-based adhesive.
