白领人群是城市文化需求和文化消费的重要群体,但由于性别和年龄的差异,这个人群中的女性群体,呈现出诸多与男性不同的特征和需求,而白领女性的文化需求和满足,又与其个人生活质量、家庭生活质量具有高度的相关性。本文致力于反映上海白领女性人群的文化需求状况,指出文化需求得不到满足的困境及特点,探讨解决问题的途径及设想,为城市文化服务思路转型以及相关部门的决策提供参考。同时关注文化服务消费领域的发展趋势,通过白领女性文化消费的需求,分析文化产业发展与公共文化服务、公共文化产品之间的联系,探讨大众文化需求与文化创意产业发展的互动关系。
The white-collar population is an important group of urban cultural needs and cultural consumption. However, due to differences in gender and age, the female population in this group presents many characteristics and needs different from those of men. However, the cultural needs and satisfactions of white-collar women are not the same as Personal quality of life, family quality of life has a high correlation. This article is devoted to reflecting the cultural needs of white-collar women in Shanghai, pointing out the difficulties and characteristics that cultural needs can not be met, exploring ways and ideas for solving problems, and providing references for the transformation of urban cultural services and the decisions of relevant departments. At the same time, it pays attention to the development trend of cultural services consumption. Through the demand of white-collar women’s cultural consumption, it analyzes the relationship between cultural industry development and public cultural services and public cultural products, and explores the interactive relationship between popular cultural needs and the development of cultural and creative industries.
