燕山地区发育着厚达5000~9130米以碳酸盐岩为主的震旦亚界地层,其同位素年龄距今为8~19亿年,是我国最古老的沉积岩系。历年来,在燕山地区的震旦亚界及其上覆层位中,发现了大量油苗,却没有引起石油地质工作者的注意。自任丘发现“新生古储”型的震旦亚界古潜山油田以后,人们才对燕山地区震旦亚界的油苗给予了应有的重视和研究。近年来,对于震旦亚界油苗的油源,以及寻找震旦亚界原生油藏的前景等问题,有关部门进行过广泛的讨论和争议。
The Yanshan area has a stratigraphic range of 5000-9130 m with carbonate rocks as the main Sinian sub-boundary. Its isotopic age is 8-1.9 billion years old and is the oldest sedimentary rock series in China. Over the years, a large amount of oil seedlings have been found in the Sinian sub-region of Yanshan and its overburden, but petroleum geologists have not attracted the attention. Since Renqiu discovered the “newborn ancient reservoir” type of buried hill oilfield in the Sinian sub-region, people only gave earnest attention and research on the oil-bearing seedlings of the Sinian sub-region in Yanshan. In recent years, relevant departments have conducted extensive discussions and controversies over the sources of oil in the oilfields of the Aurora sub-nationalities and the prospects for finding a primary oil reservoir in the Sinian sub-region.
