根据国内外优秀帆板运动员在训练及比赛中的生理参数 ,对他们的身体形态、摄氧量、心率、柔韧性、静态握力、无氧功率等生理特征进行了详细分析 ,并与其他项目优秀运动员的生理参数进行了比较。结果发现 ,优秀帆板运动员的身高和体重都分布在一个狭小范围之内 ;帆板运动员的下肢AW (alaticwork)能力较高 ;增强有氧耐力可明显提高其运动成绩。探讨了摇帆训练对运动员摄氧量和心率等的影响 ,发现摇帆训练使运动员能量消耗和心肺反应提高了近 3倍 ,是十分剧烈的有氧运动。为达到更好的训练效果 ,有针对性地提出了 3种训练方式。
According to the physiological parameters of elite windsurfing athletes at home and abroad during training and competition, their physical characteristics such as body shape, oxygen uptake, heart rate, flexibility, static grip, anaerobic power and other physiological characteristics were analyzed in detail and compared with other elite Physiological parameters of athletes were compared. In order to achieve a better training effect, three kinds of training methods are put forward in a targeted manner.
