利用卫生学方法，比较了臭氧灭菌法与其它几种方法对塑料药瓶消毒效果的差异。结果表明：塑料药瓶不加垫密闭，药液的贮存时间不足10d；过氧乙酸消毒法和臭氧灭菌法的贮存时间均在30d以上。从经济、实用、快速及药品卫生标准的角度考虑，自制的臭氧灭菌籍用于塑料药瓶的消毒是可行的。
Using the method of hygiene, the differences between the sterilizing effects of ozone sterilization method and several other methods on plastic vials were compared. The results showed that plastic bottles were sealed without padding and the storage time was less than 10 days. The storage time of peracetic acid disinfection and ozone sterilization were both above 30 days. From the economic, practical, rapid and pharmaceutical standards of health point of view, self-made membership for the sterilization of plastic bottles is feasible.
