混流器在风量测量装置中起到混合静压腔气流的作用,为温湿度取样靶提供均匀的气流组织。本文利用计算流体力学软件对混流器三维流场特性进行数值模拟,分析气体流经混流器后的风阻等特性参数。分析结果表明,随导流叶片数增加,气流通过混流器后的气体阻力增大,出风温差减小;且导流叶片达到一定数量后,气体阻力增大和出口温差减小趋势变缓。以上结论可为混流器结构设计和辅助风机的选取提供指导。
Mixed flow in the air flow measurement device to play a mixture of static pressure chamber air flow for the temperature and humidity sampling target to provide uniform air flow organization. In this paper, computational fluid dynamics software is used to simulate the three-dimensional flow field characteristics of the mixer, and the characteristic parameters such as the wind resistance after the gas flows through the mixer are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the number of guide vanes, the gas resistance increases after the flow passes through the flow mixer, and the temperature difference of the outlet air decreases. When the number of guide vanes reaches a certain number, the increase of gas resistance and the decrease of outlet temperature difference become slower. The above conclusions can provide guidance for the design of the mixer and the selection of auxiliary fans.
