不同颜色簿本和墨水亮度及色度对眼疲劳影响

目的 探讨书写用纸张、墨水的亮度、色度对近视发生的可能影响。方法  38名五年级学生对 3种不同颜色笔记本书写时眼疲劳的主观反映 ,比较分析笔记本的反射系数 ;评估蓝、黑色墨水的亮度对比。结果  (1)白色页面的眼疲劳发生率最高且症状重。 (2 )簿本页面的反射系数为 6 1 6 %~ 70 38% ,其中白色不高于黄色。 (3)黑色墨水亮度对比为 96 % ,蓝色为 5 0 %。 (4)蓝色墨水的视觉阈值为黑色的 1 7倍 ;同种墨水 ,晚间的视觉阈值是白天的 1 3倍。结论  (1)书写用眼时黄色页面比白色较少视疲劳发生 ,加有红色视标的黄色页面则更少。 (2 )淡黄色比白色不明显降低反射系数 ,而黄色度加深和糙面设计则明显。 (3)蓝色墨水的读写效率低于黑色 ,同种墨水晚上低于白天。 Objective To study the possible influence of writing paper, ink brightness and chroma on myopia. Methods Fifty-fifth grade students were subjectively reflected in eye fatigue when writing in three different color notebooks. The reflection coefficients of notebooks were comparatively analyzed. The contrast of the brightness of blue and black inks was evaluated. Results (1) White pages had the highest incidence of eye strain and severe symptoms. (2) The book page reflection coefficient of 6 1 6% ~ 70 38%, of which white is not higher than the yellow. (3) black ink brightness contrast of 96%, blue is 50%. (4) The visual threshold of blue ink is 17 times of that of black; the same type of ink, night vision threshold is 13 times of daytime. Conclusions (1) The yellow pages are less visually weary when writing eyes, and there are fewer yellow pages with the red ones. (2) light yellow than white does not significantly reduce the reflection coefficient, while the yellowness deepened and matte design is obvious. (3) read and write efficiency of blue ink is lower than black, the same ink is lower than daytime at night.
