从增强体质到体质健康管理

学生体质健康问题一直是社会关注的焦点。为准确掌握我国儿童青少年体质健康状况和发展变化趋势,教育部等相关部门自1985年开始,先后组织开展了8次全国学生体质与健康调研。数据结果表明:自1985年以来,各学段城乡男女学生的爆发力、耐力、速度、力量、柔韧性等主要身体素质指标连续20年下降,2005年达到了谷底。与此同时,肺活量持续下降,肥胖和超重、视力不良检出率持续上升。增强青少年体质、促进青少年健康成长是关系国家和民族未来的大事。
