蔡锷(1882-1916),湖南邵阳人。原名艮寅,字松坡。十四岁中秀才。一八九八年入长沙时务学堂,师事梁启超、谭嗣同,戊戌政变后至沪入南洋公学,次年赴日,先后入东京大同高等学校及横滨东亚商业学校。一九○○年,随唐才常回国
Cai Yong (1882-1916), Hunan Shaoyang people. Formerly known as Genyin, the word Songpa. Fourteen years old scholar. In 1898, he joined the Changsha Time Affairs School, the teachers Liang Qichao, Tan Sitong, and the coup of Hundred and September 18 into Shanghai Nanyang Public School. The following year went to Tokyo Datong High School and Yokohama East Asia Business School successively. In 1900, he returned to China with Tang
