目的 :建立复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数分光光度法 ,样品不经分离处理直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量 ,检测波长为 2 98nm。同时与永停滴定法比较。结果 :线性范围为 5~ 4 0 μg·ml-1,r =0 .9998,平均回收率 =10 0 .1% ,RSD =2 .0 % ;采用标准品比较法平均回收率 =10 0 .0 % ,RSD =1.0 %。结论 :本法可消除其它组分的干扰 ,优于永停滴定法 ,简便易行 ,适合医院制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol lotion. Method: First-order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol lotion without separation. The detection wavelength was 2 98nm. At the same time with the permanent stop titration method. Results: The linear range was 5 ~ 40 μg · ml-1, r = 0.9998. The average recovery was 100.1% and RSD was 2.0%. The average recovery was 100% using standard comparison method. 0%, RSD = 1.0%. Conclusion: This method can eliminate the interference of other components, better than the stop-stop titration method, simple and convenient, suitable for the quality control of hospital preparations.
