建筑中的电气竖井(包括配电小间)火灾危险性大、危害大。通过对其灾害的发生、发展等情况进行分析,指出当前防范措施的不足。从主动预防、报警、封堵、灭火等方面系统阐述火灾防控措施:整合现有技术手段;采用不燃或难燃电线电缆和配电设备;对孔洞采用多种材料、多种方式进行严密封堵,并通过烟温感火灾探测早期报警。同时选用适宜的自动灭火装置在发生火灾时进行灭火,有效防控电气竖井类火灾的发生和蔓延。
Electrical shaft in the building (including distribution room) fire risk, big harm. Through the analysis of the occurrence and development of its disasters, it points out the shortcomings of current preventive measures.
