目的建立HPLC法测定连花清瘟颗粒和胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱:PurospherSTAR RP-18endcapped(55 mm×4 mm,3μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(15∶85);检测波长:327 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;进样量:5μl;运行时间:8 min。结果连花清瘟颗粒和胶囊中绿原酸的平均回收率分别为99.39%和99.98%,RSD分别为2.23%、2.39%(n=6)。结论本方法简单可靠,可以为提高连花清瘟颗粒和胶囊的质量控制标准提供参考和依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Lianhua Qingwen granules and capsules. Methods The mobile phase was methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid (15:85). The detection wavelength was 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Column temperature: 30 ℃; injection volume: 5μl; running time: 8 min. Results The average recovery of chlorogenic acid in Lianhua Qingwen granule and capsule were 99.39% and 99.98%, respectively, with RSDs of 2.23% and 2.39%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and reliable, which can provide reference and basis for improving the quality control standards of Lianhua Qingwen granules and capsules.
