本文采用有限元法对大型制动器进行了计算研究,提出了减少制动摩擦块端部磨损的措施。尤其是三角块杠杆最佳高度概念的提出,可以较方便地设计各杆件的几何尺寸,使结构设计更加合理。对同类产品的开发亦有一定价值。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to calculate the large brake, and the measures to reduce the wear of brake friction block are proposed. In particular, the concept of the optimal height of the triangle block lever is put forward, which makes it easier to design the geometric dimensions of each rod member to make the structure design more reasonable. The development of similar products also have some value.
