“公共关系”与“公共关系学”

“公共关系”一词,原是很陌生的。随着改革开放的深入,市场经济的发展,“公共关系”一词就从国外传进来了,并且,由南到北,日见风行。不少大学陆续开设了公共关系专业,许多城市还成立了公关研究会,继而又出现了一批公共关系“专家”。本人也被涌入这一潮流,当了旅游公关系主任,俨然也成了“专家”。本不是专家,被当做“专家”,免不了就有些尴尬。近来讲课,翻翻材料,写写讲稿,便顿生疑虑,发现这“专家”的帽子原本 The term “public relations” was originally unfamiliar.
