目的:对回缩睾丸的诊断与治疗进行分析,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:将12年来收治的26例回缩睾丸病例做分析研究。结果:全部病例均于术后获得6个月～4年随访,睾丸均位于阴囊内,发育正常。彩色多普勒示血流正常。结论:对于回缩睾丸的治疗应持积极态度,行阴囊内固定为宜,让睾丸正常发育的同时,可减少癌变、少精症、睾丸扭转或睾丸梗死等并发症的出现。
Objective: To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of retraction testis and provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Twenty-six cases of contracted testes admitted for 12 years were analyzed. Results: All cases were followed up for 6 months to 4 years after operation. The testes were located in the scrotum and developed normally. Color Doppler showed normal blood flow. Conclusion: For the treatment of retraction testicular should hold a positive attitude, the scrotal fixation is appropriate, so that normal testicular development at the same time, can reduce cancer, oligozoospermia, testicular torsion or testicular infarction and other complications.
