本文主要对人力资源投资的收益进行研究,提出如何提高人力资源投资收益的途径:第一,加强培训是人力资源增值的不竭源泉;第二,降低员工流动率是提高人力资源投资收益的有效途径;第三,设计科学的工资标准是提高人力资源投资收益的重要手段;第四,打造学习型企业是人力资源价值递增的有力保障;第五超越人力资源投资及产出比例的均衡点是提高投资人力资源收益的关键依据。
