支撑为板材渐进成形中的重要辅助工具。尝试采用橡胶材料弹性软支撑代替传统的刚性体支撑辅助完成成形过程。根据力学性能实验得到了橡胶材料应力应变曲线。基于有限元软件Abaqus建立了软支撑的本构模型,进行了去顶方锥凸台件渐进成形模拟分析。通过有限元模拟与实验结果对比,证明所选软支撑本构模型是有效的。
Support for the progressive forming plate important supporting aids. Attempts to replace the traditional rigid body support with rubber soft elastic support to complete the forming process. According to the mechanical properties of the rubber material obtained stress-strain curve. Based on the finite element software Abaqus, a constitutive model of soft support was established, and the progressive forming simulation of the top frustoconical boss was carried out. By comparing the finite element simulation with experimental results, it is proved that the constitutive model of soft support is valid.
