选择2010年7月~2013年7月我院收治的80例慢性乙肝患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组仅给予干扰素α-1b治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用六味五灵片治疗。比较两组临床疗效及应答情况。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率为70.00%,显著低于观察组的90.00%,两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组应答率为27.50%,观察组应答率为47.50%,两组应答率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干扰素α-1b联合六味五灵片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效较佳,应答率较高,值得推广。 Eighty patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from July 2010 to July 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases each. The control group only given interferon α-1b treatment, the observation group on this basis combined with Liu Wei Wuling tablets treatment.
