对感染碎叶病毒的柑桔植株分别进行茎尖嫁接,热处理和预热处理结合茎尖嫁接的脱毒试验。白天40℃16h,夜间30℃8h,预热处理30天以上的柑桔植株再进行茎尖嫁接,均能获得良好的脱毒效果。但是,若茎尖取0.4mm或更长就没有得到脱毒植株。单用茎尖嫁接方法不能脱除碎叶病病毒;单用热处理方法虽也获得过无碎叶病的植株,但要取得满意的脱除效果是很困难的。
The leaf-grafted virus-infected citrus plants were respectively subjected to shoot-tip grafting, heat treatment and preheating treatment combined with shoot-tip-grafting virus-free test. Day 40 ℃ 16h, night 30 ℃ 8h, pre-heat treatment for more than 30 days of citrus shoots and then conduct grafting, can get a good detoxification effect. However, no detoxification plants are obtained if the tips of shoots take 0.4 mm or longer. Single stem shoot grafting method can not remove the FHV; single heat treatment method also obtained without fragmented plants, but to obtain satisfactory removal effect is very difficult.
