组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂(HDACI)可通过调节组蛋白和非组蛋白的乙酰化水平,调控基因的表达。体内及体外实验均显示,HDACI可通过细胞周期阻滞、促进细胞分化、诱导细胞凋亡等多种生物学效应发挥其抗血液肿瘤的作用。HDACI与其他药物联合应用在抗血液肿瘤方面展现了良好的应用前景。
Histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACIs) regulate gene expression by modulating acetylation of histones and non-histones. Both in vivo and in vitro experiments showed that HDACI can exert its anti-hematological tumor effect through many biological effects such as cell cycle arrest, cell differentiation promotion and apoptosis induction. HDACI combined with other drugs in the anti-hematological tumors showed a good prospect.
