为了解泰州市纯净水生产企业现状 ,寻找影响纯净水质量的关键环节 ,采用量化评分的方法 ,对泰州市 19家纯净水生产企业进行量化分级管理 ,对影响纯净水质量的因素进行相关性分析。结果发现B级企业最多 ,占 5 2 .6 %。水质检测的主要卫生问题是菌落总数超标 2家 ,占 10 .5 % ;电导率超标 5家 ,占 2 6 .3%。影响菌落总数的量化因素为卫生管理制度是否健全、是否有纯净水卫生管理机构和专职人员、车间地面是否符合卫生要求 ,水处理设备、输水用管材、管件和贮水容器是否是经卫生行政部门审批并取得卫生许可批件的产品等。影响电导率的量化因素为是否建立与生产能力相适应的卫生质量检验室、配备相应检测仪器、设备和设施 ,是否配备经专业培训并获得检验资格的检验员。说明加强上述 6项量化因素的监管是提高泰州市纯净水产品质量的瓶颈。
To understand the status quo of pure water production enterprises in Taizhou and to find the key links that affect the quality of pure water, the quantitative rating method was adopted to quantify and classify the 19 pure water production enterprises in Taizhou City. The correlation analysis was conducted on the factors affecting pure water quality . The results found that the largest B-class enterprises, accounting for 52.6%. The main health problems of water quality testing are that the total number of colonies exceeded 10, accounting for 10.5%; and the conductivity exceeded 5, accounting for 26.3%. The quantitative factors that affect the total number of colonies are whether the health management system is sound, whether there is a pure water health management agency and full-time staff, whether the ground of the workshop meets the health requirements, whether water treatment equipment, water pipes, fittings and water storage containers are subject to health administration Department approval and obtain the health permits the product and so on. The quantitative factors that affect the conductivity are whether to establish a hygienic quality inspection room that is compatible with the production capacity, equipped with the corresponding testing instruments, equipment and facilities and equipped with professional training and qualified inspectors. This shows that strengthening the supervision of the above six quantitative factors is the bottleneck of improving the quality of pure aquatic products in Taizhou.
