大港油田深部地层岩性致密,研磨性强,抗压强度大,可钻性差,机械钻速较低,严重影响了油田的钻井周期和钻井成本。本文通过实钻岩心抗钻特性试验研究、岩石力学特性参数纵横向分布规律及地层岩石抗钻特性分析、地层岩石可钻性分析、钻头动态数据库的建立及钻头优选评价等技术研究,优选了适合大港油田不同地层的钻头,并针对深部特殊地层进行了钻头个性化设计,机械钻速显著提高。本文的研究为准确分析和预测大港油田深部地层岩石可钻性提供新的技术手段,对提高大港油田的钻井效率具有重要的促进作用。
The deep formation of Dagang Oilfield has tight lithology, strong abrasiveness, large compressive strength, poor drillability and low ROP, which seriously affects the oilfield drilling cycle and drilling cost. In this paper, through the experimental study on the anti-drilling characteristics of core drilling, the longitudinal and transverse distribution of rock mechanics parameters, the analysis of anti-drilling characteristics of formation rock, the analysis of formation rock drillability, the establishment of bit dynamic database and the optimization evaluation of bit, Dagang Oilfield different strata of the drill bit, and for the deep special strata were bit personalized design, mechanical penetration rate increased significantly. The research in this paper provides new technical means for accurately analyzing and predicting the rock drillability of deep formations in Dagang Oilfield, and plays an important role in improving drilling efficiency in Dagang Oilfield.
