组织有效对话是新课改对我们教师教学技能提出的新要求。《语文课程标准》(2011)指出:“阅读教学是学生、教师、文本之间对话的过程。”这个理念包含两层含义:1.阅读对话理论——阅读是读者和文本的主体间对话过程。2.教学对话理论——教学是教师与学生以及学生与学生的主体间对话过程。其中师生之间的对话是对话的关键所在,其他的对话由此展开。作为对话活动的组织者、参与者、引导者,必须具备正确的对话理念和良好的组织对话的管理能力。
Organizing effective dialogue is a new requirement of new curriculum reform for our teachers’ teaching skills. The Standard of Chinese Curriculum (2011) states: “Reading teaching is the process of dialogue among students, teachers, and texts.” This concept has two meanings: 1. Reading Dialogue Theory - Reading is the mainstay between reader and text The process of dialogue. 2. Theory of Teaching Dialogue - Teaching is the process of dialogue between teachers and students and between students and students. Among them, the dialogue between teachers and students is the key to dialogue, and other dialogues begin. As the organizer, participant and leader of the dialogue activities, we must have the correct dialogue concept and the management ability of good organizational dialogue.
