目的评价FE-2粪便分析工作站在人群寄生虫病调查中的应用价值。方法由同一检验人员对同一份样品分别采用改良加藤法和FE-2粪便分析工作站法进行检测,比较2种方法的寄生虫检出率、耗时和成本等。结果 FE-2粪便分析工作站法对寄生虫的检出率为改良加藤法的1.198倍,其实际操作时间较后者缩短44%,但成本是后者的1.4倍。结论 FE-2粪便分析工作站法可提高寄生虫感染的检出率,在经济条件许可的情况下,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the value of FE-2 stool analysis workstation in the investigation of human parasitic diseases. Methods The same sample was tested by the same examiner using the modified Kato method and FE-2 stool analysis workstation method respectively. The detection rates, time-consuming and cost of the two methods were compared. Results The detection rate of parasite by FE-2 stool analysis workstation method was 1.198 times that of the improved Kato method, and the actual operating time was shortened by 44%, but the cost was 1.4 times that of the latter. Conclusion Fe-2 fecal analysis workstation method can improve the detection rate of parasitic infection, under the condition of economic conditions, it is worth to promote the application.
