人参具有多种疗效和滋补作用,需求量不断增加,然而人参栽培年限需5~6年,野生参更加稀缺,产量远远供不应求。为此,应用各种现代实验手段从事人参化学成分、药理及临床应用等方面的研究,为人参资源开发利用提供科学依据是近年来中药研究热门课题之一。药物生理活性的物质基础是有关化学成分,前文曾就化学成分含量测定与中药材的资源开发作过评述,本文拟就人参临床应用现状、药材资源开发与综合利用等方面的问题作一综述。
Ginseng has a variety of curative effects and nourishing effects, and the demand is continuously increasing. However, the cultivation period of ginseng needs 5 to 6 years, wild ginseng is more scarce, and the output far exceeds supply. To this end, the use of various modern experimental methods in the chemical composition of ginseng, pharmacology and clinical applications, etc., to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of ginseng resources is one of the hot topics of traditional Chinese medicine research in recent years. The material basis of the physiological activity of drugs is related to chemical components. In the previous section, we reviewed the content determination of chemical components and the development of resources for Chinese herbal medicines. This article will review the current status of clinical application of ginseng, the development and comprehensive utilization of medicinal resources and other issues.
