社会公德是现代社会公共生活对社会成员、国民的基础性规范,是现代人应具有的基本德行。社会公德状况表明或标识了一个社会人的基本道德素质,换言之,社会公德是个体道德素质的基点。笔者于1994年8月在由中国青少年发展基金会、可口可乐中国有限公司和北京师范大学教育系联合举办的“希望工程——手拉手走向未来”的夏令营活动中,进行了少年儿童社会公德状况的调查。 Social morality is the basic norms of public life in modern society for members of society and the people, and is the basic virtue that modern people should have. The status of social morality indicates or identifies the basic moral qualities of a social person. In other words, social morality is the starting point of an individual’s moral quality. In August 1994, during the summer camp organized by China Youth Development Foundation, Coca-Cola China Co., Ltd. and Beijing Normal University Department of Education, Hope Project - Hand in Hand to the Future, carried out the social morality of children and adolescents survey.
