定温定时法测定粮食水分正确与否,与烘箱大小、样品盒多少、以及是否严格控制烘箱的温度和烘干时间有关。即要求被测定样品在规定的恒温干燥时间内,烘箱温度控制在标准法105℃(或普通法130℃,温度波动不超过±2℃)的温度范围内进行样品干燥。
