The finite element analysis is used to study the mechanical behavior of the friction pile and the end bearing pile due to the descent of the groundwater table and to reveal the law of development of the negative friction on the pile side and to analyze the causes of the pulldown load. The importance of the impact, additional settlement and pull-down loads on the pile roof due to precipitation should be calculated in detail.
