用抗ＡＰＯＡ１和ＡＰＯＢ特异性抗体分别沉淀血清中ＡＰＯＡ１和ＡＰＯＢ，离心后将免疫复合物复溶，ＡＰＯＡ１及ＡＰＯＢ上糖基化的高分子酮胺在碱性条件下与氯化硝基四氮唑蓝反应，从而建立了糖化载脂蛋白Ａ１和糖化载脂蛋白的免疫化学法。
