[目的]探讨气体二氧化氟对谷类作物种子表面消毒方法。[方法]利用气体二氧化氯安全、高效的杀菌性质,通过控制变量法对稻谷和小麦种子表面微生物杀灭效果研究并进行菌种鉴定。[结果]以15和7 mg/L气体二氧化氯分别对稻谷和小麦种子进行90 min熏蒸取得最优杀菌效果,杀菌率达到96%和99%。该结果也在市售商品稻谷和小麦种子上得到验证。[结论]该研究结果表明,气体二氧化氯熏蒸处理能够实现稻谷和小麦种子更安全、长久的运输和贮藏。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the method of sterilizing the surface of cereal crops with gaseous fluorine dioxide. [Method] With the safe and efficient bactericidal properties of gaseous chlorine dioxide, the killing effect of microorganisms on the surface of rice and wheat seeds was studied by controlled variable method and the strain identification was carried out. [Result] The optimal bactericidal effect of rice seeds and wheat seeds fumigated for 90 min with 15 and 7 mg / L gaseous chlorine dioxide was achieved. The sterilization rate reached 96% and 99% respectively. This result is also validated on commercially available rice and wheat seeds. [Conclusion] The results of this study show that gas chlorine dioxide fumigation treatment can achieve safer and long-term transportation and storage of rice and wheat seeds.
