研究了不同C、Si含量对低碳钢冷轧板(/%:0.005-0.034C,0.008-0.054Si,0.28-0.30Mn,0.023-0.026P,0.004-0.007S,0.044-0.060A1)力学性能的影响,工业生产流程为铁水预处理-80tBOFRH-连铸-热轧-酸洗-冷轧。结果表明:C、Si含量越高,强度、硬度越高,伸长率越低。采用工业生产的Q195热轧板(/%:0.0112C,0.009 Si,0.30Mn,0.025P,0.006S,0.052Al)进行实验室冷轧试验,试验结果表明冷轧压下
