2015年1月底淘宝网和工商总局因商品质量抽检结果引发争执,国内外媒体争相报道,各相关方评论意见不一。本文使用网络文本分析法对该事件引发的在线新闻评论展开研究,厘清消费者对于该事件的态度,揭示消费者对淘宝网商品质量的认识及商品质量监管的态度。
At the end of January 2015, Taobao and SAIC were disputable as a result of the sampling of the quality of their products. Both domestic and foreign media competed for reports, and various parties disagreed. This paper uses online text analysis to research online news reviews triggered by the incident, clarifies consumer attitudes toward the incident, and reveals consumer attitudes toward product quality and product quality supervision.
