The originality of this study was to provide complete and practical information on the preparation of fully bio-based composites. It covers the most relevant surveys, from the analysis of fiber as a reinforcing element to final product purchasing and its recyclability analysis. The goal of this research is in the area of packaging. The use of these novel biocomposites, together with the reusable properties associated with the preparation of materials, proves the true three-dimensional formation. To this end, the study of several process parameters, and its final treatment. When a flexible biopolymer is used as a substrate, an increase in fiber increases the hardness of the tray. The prepared biocomposites were recovered several times (10 cycles) and found to retain the most relevant properties. Therefore, this biocomposite can be reused several times. All of this data, including preparation as a demonstration prototype, supports the innovation and sustainability of packaging materials.
